Training at COE Pharma

This is a part-time training program with 2 hours ‘live’ (zoom, teams, google meetings) per day (Monday – Friday). Part-time classes begin quarterly. Please visit our Courses page for more details.

Can I keep working while studying?

Yes. This training program was designed for working adults, students and busy professionals, giving participants the advantage of flexibility.

What is the tuition cost of the program?

Please see the Courses page for additional information into pricing, curriculum, and instructors. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions you might have.

Do you provide career planning support?

Yes. We offer all of our student’s career support, coaching, and mock-up interviews with professionals having at least 10+ years in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Do I need previous experience before enrolling?

Please check the Courses tab for additional information into pre-requisites for each course.

How much time should I commit to the training each week?

Consider dedicating 10 hours of ‘live’ (zoom or google meetings) time per week, 2 hours per day (Monday – Friday). In addition, you must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours to outside work per week depending on experience.

Will I work on real-world projects?

Yes. Students will work on ‘cloned’ work environment with dummy clinical data, SAPs, CRFs. Each student is expected to have a professional portfolio with the work completed during the training program.

Will I need to purchase online materials or e-Books?

No, all that is needed for class is your computer with the above-mentioned specifications.

What sets your training program apart from other training programs?

COE Pharma training is set up as a collaborative environment in which knowledge, programming skills, ability to think critically intertwines.

Mentorship through-out the training course (limited to 4-5 students per cycle).

The training does not consist of watching videos, as this environment is completely ‘live’ (zoom, teams, google meetings) and includes actual work towards the professional portfolio.

Students receive a Certificate of Completion from COE Pharma.

Can the remote program be done from any location, or does it need to be based in the US?

You may participate in the remote training program from any location. Please note that as a participant, you must be available to participate to the ‘live’ sessions set-up for the particular training modules you applied.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

Our payment service partners (PayPal) do charge a small transaction fee or percentage for which you will be responsible.

Will COE Pharma collect or store any of my payment information?

No, our upfront payment platform is fully supported by PayPal using secure, industry-standard payment best-practices. This partner fully handles all payment information and process the payment. COE Pharma never receives your personal payment information.

How would a refund work?

In the rare event that you leave the COE Pharma training, you will receive refund based on the signed contract. We will work with you to provide the refund as quickly as possible, either through your original form of payment or by a different method of your choice.

Any scholarships available?

Unfortunately, at this moment COE Pharma does not provide scholarships.
